By accessing sellerchatbot.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Steve Simonson doing business as Seller Chatbot.
What this site is
SellerChatbot is an educational buyer’s guide to live AI chat and voice agents for sales and support. It explains the category and refers visitors to recommended products, including Parsimony Chat. Content is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or implementation advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluating a vendor yourself.
Permitted use
You may browse and share public pages for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, submit malicious or automated spam through forms, impersonate others, or use the Site to violate any law.
Intellectual property
Site text, design, logos, and other materials are owned by Seller Chatbot or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial reuse without permission, except for brief quotation with attribution and a link.
Third-party services and links
The Site links to third-party sites and products, including parsimony.com and chat.parsimony.com. Those services are offered by their own operators under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, pricing, availability, or performance.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted. Recommendations describe products we believe fit high-intent buyers; your results depend on your business, data, and implementation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve Simonson and Seller Chatbot are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
